Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Dealer Recruitment and Relationship Manager to expand and support its dealer network in the region.

You will drive recruitment, onboarding and training of new dealers, monitor performance, coach teams, and collaborate with partners to achieve sales targets and lasting loyalty. Strong communication, data analysis, and event-driven recruitment campaigns are essential.

Responsibilities

• Dealer Recruitment: Implements effective strategies to attract potential dealers through various channels (e.g. tie ups with LGUs, cooperatives, other organizations).
• Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong, lifelong relationships with dealers based on trust and mutual respect.
• Dealer Onboarding and Training: Facilitates the onboarding process for new dealers and guides them through the necessary steps to becoming a Great Life Leader.
• Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Analyzes data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, and works collaboratively with existing and new dealers to capitalize on these opportunities (e.g Great Life Activity discussion).
• Coaching and Training: Coaches existing dealers on dealer group management, dealership progression, and achievement of set personal vision and goals through Heart-to-Heart discussions.
• Sales Target Achievement, Analysis, and Reporting: Drives and monitors branch sales through effective dealer recruitment efforts (e.g. Barangayan, Branch, and Great Life Executive Recruitment Party, and Grand Recruitment Day)
