Responsibilities

• Dealer Recruitment
• Implements effective strategies to attract potential dealers through various channels (e.g. tie ups with LGUs, cooperatives, other organizations).
• Relationship Management
• Builds and maintains strong, lifelong relationships with dealers based on trust and mutual respect.
• Dealer Onboarding and Training
• Facilitates the onboarding process for new dealers and guides them through the necessary steps to becoming a Great Life Leader.
• New Dealer Engagement
• Serves as the primary point of contact for the new dealers.
• Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis
• Analyzes data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, and works collaboratively with existing and new dealers to capitalize on these opportunities (e.g Great Life Activity discussion).
• Coaching and Training
• Coaches existing dealers on dealer group management, dealership progression, and achievement of set personal vision and goals through Heart-to-Heart discussions.
• Sales Target Achievement, Analysis, and Reporting
• Drives and monitors branch sales through effective dealer recruitment efforts (e.g. Barangayan, Branch, and Great Life Executive Recruitment Party, and Grand Recruitment Day)
