UAAGI in Metro Manila is seeking a Dealer Network Specialist to support the planning, development, and management of the company’s dealer network. You will identify potential dealership locations and partners, monitor dealer performance, ensure compliance with standards, and support expansion and improvement of the network.

The role requires travel to dealership sites, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of automotive dealership operations or dealer development experience.
• Strong knowledge of dealership operations, sales processes, and market development.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork; capable of managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for supporting the planning, development, evaluation, and management of the company's dealer network. The role focuses on identifying potential dealership locations and partners, monitoring dealer performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting the expansion and improvement of the dealership network.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in automotive dealership operations, dealer development, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Experience in dealer network development or automotive sales operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of automotive dealership operations, sales processes, and market development.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to different dealership locations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, reports, and presentations.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel, if required.
