Job summary

GAC International Philippines, Inc. is seeking a supply chain professional in Manila to optimize dealer allocations and streamline logistics for a regional automotive network. You will coordinate production slots, track shipments, and ensure timely incentives and market reporting for executives.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in supply chain or sales operations, deep auto industry knowledge, and strong SAP and Excel skills to analyze data and support cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in supply chain, logistics, or sales operations, ideally within an automotive OEM corporate environment.
• Deep understanding of automotive supply chains, dealer franchise models, and shipping regulations.
• Mastery of SAP and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong cross-departmental coordination and vendor management skills.

• Dealer Network Allocations: Process bulk vehicle orders and assign factory production slots to authorized regional dealerships.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with transport companies to track vehicle shipments from manufacturing plants or ports to dealerships.
• Incentive & Rebate Auditing: Validate and release factory-to-dealer incentives, marketing funds, and volume-based bonuses.
• Market Reporting: Compile wholesale sales data, stock-turn ratios, and market share metrics for executive review.
