Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, brokers, and external partners to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
Act as a point of contact for dealers and brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication.
Organize regular meetings and check-ins with dealers and brokers to understand their needs, provide updates, and address concerns.
Assist dealers and brokers in achieving sales targets by providing them with the necessary sales tools, resources, and information about company products and services.
Monitor dealer and broker performance, ensuring alignment with sales goals and KPIs.
Provide feedback and support to improve sales strategies and help dealers and brokers meet their objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support dealers and brokers in executing promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and product launches.
Distribute marketing materials and product information to dealers and brokers to aid in the sales process.
Assist in coordinating special offers, incentives, and rewards for top-performing dealers and brokers.
Assist in organizing training programs for dealers and brokers to ensure they are well‑versed in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
Provide ongoing training and support, ensuring that dealers and brokers are up to date with new products, services, and market trends.

Assist in preparing regular reports on dealer and broker activities, sales performance, and the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance the performance of the dealer and broker network.
Collaborate with dealers and brokers to address customer service issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Act as an intermediary between customers, dealers, and brokers to resolve complaints, ensure timely service, and maintain positive relationships.

Key Requirements
Educational Requirement: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably within dealer and broker management or a similar industry.
