Outdesk. in the Philippines is seeking a Data & Systems Coordinator (office-based) to support the management of business systems, operational data, and digital records. You will maintain data accuracy across platforms, conduct system audits, and manage supplier and travel records.

The role requires knowledge of travel systems (Tramada) and CRMs (Salesforce), plus strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing data across multiple platforms and systems.
• Experience with travel industry systems and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Database & Systems Management across platforms.
• CRM Administration: maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Data Integrity: identify and correct incomplete or duplicate records.
• Document Management: organize digital files in shared storage.
• Travel Systems Administration: manage traveller records and itineraries.
• Knowledge & Content Management: audit and update internal resources.
• Supplier Information Management: keep supplier data accurate.
