Outsourced Global Staff is seeking a Booking & Reservations Specialist to support a remote travel operations team in the Philippines. You will handle customer enquiries, process bookings, coordinate accommodation and assist with itineraries and related travel administration.

The role is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level candidate who is highly organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn, with a full-time schedule across a 7-day operation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer bookings and reservations.
• Coordinate accommodation bookings with suppliers.
• Prepare and update customer itineraries.
• Communicate with customers, accommodation providers and other suppliers.
• Maintain accurate booking records and spreadsheets.
• Update and manage information across relevant systems.
• Assist with general booking and travel administration.
• Follow established processes and procedures accurately.
• Ensure booking details are checked carefully to minimise errors.
• Support the Booking & Reservations Lead with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with other administrative and logistical requirements as needed.
