Job summary

WebBeds Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented data administrator to apply stop sales, rate changes, and promotions into the central database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will load supplier contracts for Non-Accommodation and update records in line with the Contracting team guidance, while following the company's SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Apply stop sales and free sales into the database system upon receipt from the hotel or Contract Manager.
• Apply rate changes and terms and conditions amendments into the database system received from the hotel/Contract Manager.
• Load promotions into the database system upon receipt from the Contract Manager.
• Load supplier contracts for Non Accommodation as per information from the Contracting team.
• Ensure the database is updated accurately within required service level/timeline per SOPs.
• Participate in training refreshers and calibrations within the Department.
• Participate in Learning & Development trainings.
