Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a DC Site Operations Specialist to support the data center team in maintaining critical infrastructure and ensuring service reliability. The role focuses on routine checks, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety and operational protocols to achieve system stability and efficiency.

The successful candidate will leverage knowledge of PDUs, UPSs, HVAC systems, and monitoring tools, and work closely with IT and facilities teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year in a technical support role in data center/IT infra.
• Experience with PDUs, UPSs, and HVAC is advantageous.
• Certifications in data center management (e.g., CDCP) preferred.
• Training in emergency response and safety protocols beneficial.
• Knowledge of data center components, power distribution, cooling, and IT maintenance.
• Familiarity with monitoring/reporting software.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues and perform preventive maintenance.
