Qualifications

• At least 1 year of technical support experience in data center or IT infrastructure.
• Certifications in data center management preferred (CDCP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in data center equipment and infrastructure.
• Maintain equipment and participate in preventive maintenance routines.
• Document issues and actions; communicate with team and external partners.
