Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. seeks a Data Centre Operations Specialist to manage large-scale in-country DC infrastructure and facilities ensuring 24x7 operations in rotating shifts.

You will coordinate with contractors and vendors, escalate site issues, and support ITIL-compliant incident, change and problem management. Responsibilities include preventive and reactive maintenance, audit participation, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 1 year or fresh graduate with building services or mechanical engineering background.
• Knowledge of M&E and building facilities-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service large-scale in-country data centre infrastructure.
• Ensure 24x7 operations in rotating shifts.
• Coordinate and escalate site operational issues per SLAs.
• Oversee and resolve onsite incidents and major issues.
• Support preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
• Participate in internal and external audits and reporting.
