Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science) is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role within a data center or IT infrastructure environment.
• Certifications in data center management (e.g., CDCP) are highly preferred; safety and emergency response training is beneficial.

• Support data center operations to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting to improve system stability and efficiency.
