Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a data center operations professional to manage and service large-scale in-country data center infrastructure to ensure 24x7 operations.

The role includes monitoring facilities and coordinating with vendors while adhering to ITIL-based processes. The ideal candidate has 1 year of DC operations experience or relevant technical qualifications, with strong knowledge of M&E systems and building services.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience in 24x7 DC or facility operations, or fresh graduate with relevant qualifications such as building services, mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of M&E and building facilities related systems (CRACs, Chiller, PDUs, UPS, Switchgears, DX cooling).
• Meticulous team player with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and ensure smooth 24x7 running of the operations in the in-country data center.
• Act as Level 1 escalation point; oversee and resolve onsite incidents within SLA.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; inspect completed work.
