AXA Philippines is seeking a dynamic Unit Manager to lead operations in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. You will supervise insurance agents and support staff, drive sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service while building a high-performing team.

In this full-time leadership role, you will monitor KPIs, implement growth strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent AXA Philippines at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in insurance, banking, or financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of insurance products and industry practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MIS systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Fluency in English and Filipino; additional languages advantageous.
• Certification or advanced training in insurance or sales management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily unit operations, scheduling, compliance, and admin processes.
• Develop strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration in Dagupan.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
• Identify opportunities and plan actions to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage team dynamics.
• Represent AXA Philippines at local events and industry forums.
