What we\'re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or related management roles
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve sales and performance targets
• Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting principles, and financial services operations
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Preferred: Previous experience with AXA or other multinational insurance companies
