AXA Philippines is seeking a proactive Unit Manager to lead a sales and customer service team in San Fernando City, La Union. This full-time role focuses on driving growth, managing operations, and delivering exceptional customer service within the banking and financial services division.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven team leadership, strong analytics, and deep understanding of financial products and insurance principles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in banking, financial services, or related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales or business targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Solid understanding of financial products, insurance principles, and banking regulations.
• Experience in customer relationship management and business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages (Filipino preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of the La Union market or Luzon region would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to drive individual and team success
• Develop and implement unit-level business strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business development and retention
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards across all unit operations
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster professional development
• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and product offerings
• Prepare and present regular reports on unit performance, achievements, and challenges to senior management
• Implement effective communication strategies to keep team members informed and engaged with company initiatives
• Recruit, train, and develop talented individuals to strengthen team capabilities and succession planning
