Makehire is hiring a CX Automations and Projects Lead for our client Guesty, a global hospitality technology platform. The role blends automation, project management and cross-functional collaboration to optimize guest experiences and operations.

Based in the Philippines with a hybrid setup in Manila and on-site in Cebu, you will oversee multiple automation initiatives, manage plans and budgets, and drive governance across CX, Product and Operations teams. PMP and Six Sigma are a plus.

Qualifications

• PM experience delivering complex projects (3+ years).
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with automation tools Make or n8n.
• AI in automation workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets in collaboration with internal teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate project meetings, ensuring clear ownership of tasks and deadlines.
• Establish project governance and maintain structured, up-to-date documentation.
• Drive communication and alignment across Customer Experience, Product and Operations teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Lead and support automation initiatives across CX workflows.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management with proven successful delivery of complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience working with automation tools such as Make, n8n or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Experience training and utilising AI within automation workflows is highly advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product or operational environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• LEAN or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
