Job summary

Guesty is seeking a hands-on CX Automations & Projects Lead to join our Customer Experience team in the Philippines. Reporting to the Senior Director of CX, you will lead a team of Automation Engineers and own the planning, delivery, and tracking of a portfolio of technical projects focused on automations, tools, and AI, from initiation to completion.
