Job summary

Guesty, the global hospitality tech platform, is seeking a hands-on CX Automations & Projects Lead in the Philippines. You will lead a team of Automation Engineers and own the planning, delivery, and tracking of a portfolio of CX projects from initiation to completion.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to turn CX challenges into scalable solutions, keep projects on time and on budget, and continuously improve how our support operations work.

We are looking for a hands-on CX Automations & Projects Lead to join our Customer Experience team in the Philippines. Reporting to the Senior Director of CX, you will lead a team of Automation Engineers and own the planning, delivery, and tracking of a portfolio of technical projects focused on automations, tools, and AI, from initiation to completion.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to turn CX challenges into scalable solutions, keep projects on time and on budget, and continuously improve how our support operation works.
