Guesty is seeking a hands-on CX Automations & Projects Lead in the Philippines to drive automation, tooling, and AI initiatives across the customer experience function. You will lead a team of Automation Engineers, own project scopes, and deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Senior Director of CX, you will partner with cross-functional teams to keep programs on time and on budget, develop robust plans, and track outcomes with data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience with successful delivery.
• Proven experience developing or delivering automation, tooling, or AI solutions.
• Experience leading or managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Automation Engineers.
• Own CX automation, tooling, and AI projects from scoping to adoption.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and report updates.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain governance and docs.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and continuous process improvements.
• Track impact with data-driven metrics.
