cnx is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for the Baguio XP 2025 program. The role involves interacting with customers through inbound/outbound calls or the Internet to resolve routine issues and ensure service levels meet KPIs.

The position requires a high school diploma and 3–6 months of relevant experience, with strong communication, patience, and PC navigation skills. Applicants should be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.

Responsabilités

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet to resolve routine problems.
• Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs.
