Work set up: Work From Office

Shift schedule: 5-day work week, 1:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Philippine Time

Summary:

As the BPO Dispatch agent you are responsible for answering day-to-day scheduling and dispatching work crews or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.

Responsibilities

• Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, field inspectors, supervisors or emergency personnel
• Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
• Preparing daily work such as schedules
• Preparing work orders for crew or receiving work orders from work crews
• Work with External Clients to ensure continuity of support exceeds service level standards Resolve customer escalations
• Comprehensive knowledge of call center metrics and drivers
• Subject matter expert on call center processes, procedures and systems
• Being in charge of communications within company assigned territories
• Provide proactive solutions to contribute to the smooth running of the call center
• Facilitate and participate in team meetings
• Promote an environment of continued improvement and best practices
• Additional Tasks and or projects assigned by Management

Qualifications

• Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or Google equivalents
• Experience with Sales Form is highly preferred
• Must be fluent in Russian
• Good English oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
