Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet depending on client requirements.
• Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems regarding client products or services.
• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify customer requirements and use resources to provide resolutions.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Document accurate work and notes in accounts as required.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff when needed.
