Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Alabang (PH) to handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries, delivering resolved support and service improvements. You will interact with customers in a courteous, professional manner while maintaining knowledge of client products and documenting interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work as part of a team or independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; maintain professionalism.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify requirements; probe for understanding and resolve accordingly.
• Listen attentively, show empathy, and build rapport.
• Greet customers courteously using approved procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published or senior staff.
