The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and meeting KPIs while maintaining product knowledge and accurate records. It involves shift flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Meet KPIs and ensure service levels for customers.
• Clarify requirements and provide appropriate resolution.
• Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers professionally and follow procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of client products/services.
• Document and complete work accurately in systems.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Offer additional products/services when appropriate.
• Track and retrieve information in call databases.
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff when needed.
