TORCH Solutions seeks a Customer Support Agent for our Cebu City base. You will be the link between the company and clients, addressing inquiries with professionalism and ensuring service excellence.

This full-time role focuses on resolving issues, providing product knowledge, and upholding quality standards. You will work with a team to meet targets, participate in ongoing training, and have opportunities for upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• English fluency in both verbal and written form.
• Strong listening and problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Patience, professionalism and emotional intelligence when dealing with customers.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience in customer service or call centre is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Address inquiries, concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
• Resolve issues on first contact when possible.
• Document interactions and maintain records in the system.
• Follow protocols and quality standards for consistent service delivery.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors on escalated issues.
• Meet or exceed performance targets (call handling time, CSAT, first-call resolution).
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell where appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge development.
