Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's systems and maintain detailed records
• Resolve customer issues and concerns to the best of your ability, escalating complex matters to supervisors when necessary
• Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards consistently during all customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management
• Contribute to team goals and targets whilst maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment
