Job summary

Concentrix Manila is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers via inbound/outbound calls and online channels, delivering courteous service and resolving routine issues. You will use basic product knowledge, follow procedures, and document interactions to ensure accurate account handling.

The role requires a high school diploma with a few months of experience, strong communication, PC skills, patience, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multi-tasking; adaptable to changes quickly.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team member or independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered meets KPIs.
