Job summary

SixEleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help customers start with our software, provide ongoing support, and manage customer data in CRM systems. You will also handle WordPress updates and conduct online demonstrations.

The role requires 2+ years in a B2B SaaS or similar setting, strong English communication, and comfort with virtual meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success or related role.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Experience using WordPress or a similar website builder.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Comfortable conducting online meetings and product presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and update websites using WordPress or a similar website builder.
• Assist new customers with account setup and onboarding.
• Provide customer support through email, live chat, and Zoom, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and virtual meetings.
• Be comfortable speaking on camera and communicating with customers virtually.
