Job summary

MyPass Global is a multi-award-winning workforce compliance software company with offices worldwide, including Cebu IT Park. We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to ensure seamless onboarding, proactive problem solving, and ongoing customer satisfaction.

You will manage a delegated account portfolio, set up portals, mobilise workers, and ramp on responsibilities within 90 days. In the longer term you will handle renewals and retention, identify growth opportunities, cultivate client

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, customer success or project implementation, ideally in B2B or SaaS/tech.
• Strong exposure to B2B models and stakeholder relationships.
• Systems-agnostic; comfortable learning multiple CRM, portal and data platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and vendors, including portal setup, billing and issue resolution.
• Ensure portal functionality and worker mobilisation; provide prompt onboarding support.
• Run training sessions and educate customers on features and usage.
• Communicate with clients to promote platform use and value realization.
• Manage renewals, retention strategies and customer advocacy.
• Maintain CRM data and analyse engagement for targeted marketing.
• Support onboarding with vendor processes and capture NPS feedback.
• Coordinate with Success Manager to align onboarding with needs.
• Own onboarding and retention for select owner accounts; assist project management.
