Qualifications

• Provide outbound support through proactive outreach and sales assistance.
• Resolve complaints promptly with a positive, empathetic approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in company systems and databases.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (CSAT, FRT, sales).
