Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Filipino is a plus.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Process customer requests, transactions and orders efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the system.
• Follow established protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed.
• Meet and strive for performance targets (call handling time, CSAT).
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues.
