Job summary

GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO. seeks Customer Service Representatives to join our Pasig team. You may handle voice or non-voice transactions, assist customers with inquiries, and deliver timely support in line with established guidelines.

Successful candidates will work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig, with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required. Day 1 HMO, paid training, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate (old or new curriculum)
• 6 months BPO or customer-facing experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City - Bridgetowne
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through voice or non-voice channels
• Assist with customer requests, account updates, and issue resolution
• Provide accurate information based on established guidelines
• Process and update customer information
• Document customer interactions and transactions
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Meet assigned productivity and quality targets
