Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email and other channels in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Process customer requests, orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our systems.
• Follow company policies and procedures whilst adapting to customer needs.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or management when necessary.
• Contribute to achieving team performance targets and quality standards.
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills and product knowledge.
