Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems
• Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service quality and compliance with guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently
