About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team at SAGILITY PHILIPPINES. This full‑time role is based in Quezon City Metro Manila and offers a competitive salary package plus great benefits.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels via phone
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the customer service department
What we’re looking for
- College Graduate - no experience needed or Associate grad/ College level 2 yrs with 6 months customer related experience acquired from any industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide empathetic and effective support
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer enquiries
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to changes
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
