Job summary

Tasq Work is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join fast-growing accounts in Visayas. You will deliver exceptional service through effective communication, problem-solving, and customer profiling.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues on first contact, and maintaining detailed records. On-site positions are available in Iloilo, Bacolod, and Cebu with graveyard shift schedules.

Qualifications

• On-site work in Iloilo, Bacolod, or Cebu
• Must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
• Willing to work graveyard shift and shifting schedules
• No experience required for Iloilo/Bacolod track; at Cebu track, 1 year of BPO experience preferred (but not required)

Requirements

Iloilo and Bacolod Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or SHS graduate (new curriculum)
• No experience required to apply
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site within Iloilo or Bacolod
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule

Cebu Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2nd year in College without back subjects
• Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience
• No experience required to apply
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site within Cebu
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
