Tasq Work is seeking Call Center Agents for a fast-growing account in Cebu City. The role involves delivering exceptional service through effective communication, problem solving, and customer profiling.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, aim for first-call resolution, and maintain thorough records. The position is on-site with shifting schedules, and ASAP start is available.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate or completed 2nd year in College.
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Amenable to work on-site in Cebu City and on shifting schedule.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues with focus on first-call resolution.
