Job summary

Tasq Work in Cebu City is seeking customer service representatives to join a fast-growing account. You will deliver exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolving issues with first-call resolution; maintaining accurate records; collaborating with the team; providing product information; identifying opportunities to improve the customer

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or completed 2nd year in college.
• BPO experience is a plus.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• On-site in Cebu City; willing to work shifting schedule.
• Can start ASAP.
