About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service team at ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC.' as a Customer Service Agent. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided - you can start immediately!

What you’ll be doing

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Providing information about products and services to customers
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
• Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services to customers
• Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

What we’re looking for

• Must have completed Senior High School (New Curriculum) | High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
