Job summary

Accenture in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Insurance to join a growing team. You will review documents for completeness, verify agent and license details, analyze data for appropriate handling, and update records and correspondences as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Insurance, Healthcare, Retirement Services, or Financial Accounts, and is open to full-time onsite work with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 2nd year in college.
• With at least 1 year of work experience in Insurance Accounts, Healthcare Accounts, Retirement Services Accounts or Financial Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Review completeness and compliance of documents received.
• Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
• Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
• Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
• Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.
