Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Insurance in Metro Manila. You will review documents for completeness and compliance, verify agent and license data, analyze information, and encode details accurately while updating records and initiating transactions.

The role requires 1 year of related experience and willingness to work full-time onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Candidates with at least 2 years in college or equivalent education and flexible with shifts and holidays

Qualifications

• Open to graduates, associates, or undergraduates who completed at least 2 years of college.
• At least 1 year of work experience in Insurance Accounts, Healthcare Accounts, Retirement Services Accounts, or Financial Accounts.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
• Flexible with shifting schedules and holiday work.

Responsibilities

• Review completeness and compliance of documents received.
• Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
• Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
• Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
• Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.
