Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Insurance to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. You will review documents, verify agent and license details, analyze data, and encode information accurately to support policy servicing.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in Insurance, Healthcare, or related fields and is willing to work full-time onsite with flexible shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 2nd year in college and with at least 1 year of experience.
• Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 1st year in college and with at least 2 years of experience.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao, Quezon City and adaptable to shifting schedules and holiday work.

• Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
• Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.

• 1 to 2 year of work experience in any or a combination of the following: Insurance, Healthcare, Retirement Services, Financial Accounts

• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao, Quezon City

• Flexible with shifting schedules and holiday work
