Job summary
GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Voice Account) for an onsite role in Quezon City. Candidates must be fluent in English and one of Cantonese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, or Khmer.
You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent service. The position requires shifting schedules and full onsite work in Quezon City.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and one of the languages listed above.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Willing to work full onsite in Quezon City.
