Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking personnel for an onsite role in Quezon City. No experience required; candidates with HS/SHS or some college are welcome and will handle international voice calls with a focus on customer service.

The position supports shifting schedules and is full-time, located in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. Immediate start and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• At least HS/SHS with 1 year of BPO international voice experience OR 2 years in college with at least 6 months BPO international voice experience. Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level), analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work onsite, amenable to shifting schedules and immediate start.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate with minimum 1 year of BPO international voice experience OR completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO international voice experience. We also welcome fresh graduates or candidates with no prior BPO experience, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills.


• Skills & Competencies: Strong English communication skills (B2 level), excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a good customer service orientation.
