GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO. is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Quezon City. You may handle voice or non-voice transactions, assist customers with inquiries, and provide timely support.

The role requires on-site work at multiple Quezon City sites and a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed. High school graduates are welcome, with or without BPO experience.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City (Cyberwest, UP Technohub, Eton Centris, Sparks Cubao, and Bridgetowne).
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.
