Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Assist customers (branches, FB team, and shippers) with their outbound inquiries.
• Shipment Resolution: Notify the branches/customers about problematic shipments being held in customs or at network stations, and actively find resolutions.
• Coordination & Compliance: Closely coordinate with service providers to ensure the company is updated on customs and airline requirements.
