Job summary

Bluebean Incorporated is seeking a customer support specialist to manage Access Card inquiries, activate and update accounts, and resolve transaction issues. The role requires deep product knowledge of Access Card features, repayment terms, and security protocols to provide accurate guidance.

You will document interactions in CRM systems and coordinate with Risk, Fraud, and Tech teams to resolve complex cases while ensuring compliance with data privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Inquiry Management: Handle user queries regarding Access Card applications, activation, credit limit increases, and statement concerns.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve transaction issues, payment discrepancies, and technical difficulties with the digital interface.
• Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Access Card features, repayment terms, and security protocols to provide accurate information.
• System Maintenance: Use CRM and internal database tools to document all customer interactions and update account information in real-time.
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with the Risk, Fraud, and Tech teams to resolve complex cases and improve service delivery.
• Compliance: Strictly follow Data Privacy regulations and internal security policies to protect sensitive user information.
