Overview
Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone to provide solutions, thereby maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image. Handle inquiries related to product recommendations, feature explanations, and functional guidance. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and work towards a timely resolution, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, solutions, and follow-up actions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone to provide solutions, thereby maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image.

Qualifications
- College Graduate in any major; candidates with a STEM background or prior Call Center experience are preferred.
- College level with Call Center experience
- Prior experience in data annotation is a plus but not required
- Advanced typing skills, written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM required.
- Amenable to onsite setup and night shift
- Must be available to work night shift hours from 10PM to 7AM.
- Strong customer service and teamwork orientation, with the ability to proactively identify and implement effective solutions.
