Job summary

• Handling complaints, warranty claims and returned parts according the company and brand’s guidelines
• Reporting and analysing customer satisfaction, in regards to claims, delivery performance, etc.
• Answering queries and giving advice about the products and the installation procedures
• Taking care of the proper information flow to the company’s management in regards to customers, orders and technical issues
• Handling technical documentation and information flow
• Taking, processing and checking orders for whole goods and spare parts
• Providing feedback or proposals for product development, product improvement and product differentiation
• Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
